Labelnotes 07/26

I spent most of the month on vacation, so the label business was on the back burner. However, when you send out more than 150 packages, not everything works out perfectly. Parcels were delayed or lost, some came back to us undelivered, and a few records arrived slightly damaged. So the little time I dedicated to the label this month was mostly spent on customer service, trying to make sure everybody got their records in perfect condition. Thankfully everybody was understanding and patient about it.
