Shipping information
To offset the high cost of international shipping, we offer a few different options — so you can choose between saving money and saving time. The exact rates and delivery estimates for your country show up at checkout. Use the shipping calculator below as a guide.
Economy shipping
If you aren't in a hurry and have the patience to wait a bit longer for your records (tough one, I know), this shipping option is for you. It's tracked and affordable, but it takes longer to arrive than our Standard option.
We can offer those cheaper rates because we collect orders and then send them together to a shipping hub, which uses the cheapest route to get the record to you.
We send orders to the hub twice a month. If you order in the first half of the month, we usually ship around the 16th/17th. Orders placed in the second half will leave our office at the beginning of the next month.
The delivery estimate you see at checkout already includes both this wait and the transit time, so it's the full picture of how long you'll be waiting.
Standard shipping
Your order usually leaves our office within 1–2 business days. We send with different carriers (DHL, UPS, DPD), and your parcel is tracked and insured. Delivery times vary by country — you'll see the estimate when you pick this option at checkout.
Express shipping
We currently don't offer any express shipping on our website, because it's so expensive it's not an option for most of our customers. But if you forgot that it's your wedding anniversary in three days and you need that Giardini di Mirò live album, because you met your partner at that concert, money may not be an issue. If that's you, email us and we'll send you a quote for express.
Pickup
If you live in Hamburg or are visiting our city, you can also come by and pick up your order. Our office is in St. Pauli, near the Reeperbahn. Please email us first to arrange a time.
Shipping calculator
These prices are a guide only. The final cost depends on your delivery address and the weight and format of what you order, and it's calculated at checkout.
Note that two items of the same format can weigh slightly different amounts depending on the product, and we add 300g for vinyl packaging or 100g if you just order CDs.
