Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This applies to every item we sell, including sale items and bundles. Full details and the model withdrawal form are in our Right of Withdrawal notice. You can also withdraw directly using our online withdrawal form.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Nothing else on this page limits your statutory rights.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away at johannes@2ndrec.com if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. This is separate from the right of withdrawal above — your statutory warranty rights apply for two years, and we will make it right. In this case we cover the return shipping.

How refunds work

Once you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days. We use the same payment method you originally used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them.

Where you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard option we offer, we reimburse the standard rate.
